What is a space?
A space keeps everything for one deal, client, or project in one place.
A space holds everything for one piece of work: decks, sheets, uploaded files, and folders to organize them. When you ask Pitchcrow to build something in a space, it reads the files in that space.

Who can see a space
Access is set for the whole space. Everyone who can open the space can open everything in it, including every folder.
There are two kinds of space:
| Kind | Who can see it | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Invited people only | Only people added to the space | Deals and client work |
| Everyone at your firm | Everyone in your organization | Templates, brand assets, shared references |
In an invited-only space, each person has a role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer. See Space roles.
The Templates space
Every organization has a firm-wide space called Templates. It's created for you and can't be deleted. Put your firm's past decks and brand files here. Pitchcrow studies decks in firm-wide spaces to match your house style. See What is the Templates space?
Good to know
Organization admins don't automatically see invited-only spaces. To see one, they need to be added to it like anyone else.
