Who can open a shared link?
Only signed-in people in your organization who can open the space.
Every Pitchcrow link works the same way, whether it's a live document or a published version. To open it, a person must:
- Sign in to Pitchcrow.
- Be a member of your organization.
- Have access to the space the deck or sheet is in.
If any of these is missing, the link won't open for them.
There are no public links. People outside your organization, like a client, can't open a Pitchcrow link. To share a deck with them, export it and send the file.
Good to know
To let a teammate open a link, add them to the space. If they aren't in your organization yet, an organization admin has to invite them first.
